Your training log is personal. FitLog is designed to save locally first and sync account data only when you choose to sign in.
What you put in
FitLog stores the account details provided by your sign-in method, such as your name, email address, and profile image, plus the activities, exercises, records and notes you add. Your appearance, language, and unit preferences are also saved.
Where it lives
Workout changes are saved in this browser on this device. When you sign in, your account's training data is also stored in FitLog's Cloudflare D1 database and synced to your signed-in devices. Signing out does not erase the local copy. If you request a backup, FitLog stores it in private Cloudflare R2 storage for your account.
Services that help run FitLog
FitLog uses Google or email sign-in to authenticate you. Cloudflare hosts the app and its account data. Amazon SES sends verification and password-reset emails to you, and delivers feedback messages to FitLog support. Feedback and an optional reply-to email are sent to the support inbox, not added to your workout log. These services receive information needed to provide their part of the service. FitLog does not sell your workout data.
Advertising, cookies, and consent choices
On the web, FitLog displays advertising supported by Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager (Google Publisher Tags) and offers an optional rewarded ad experience that unlocks 48 hours of ad-free usage. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or local identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to FitLog or other websites on the internet. Where required by law (including the EEA, UK, and applicable US state privacy frameworks), FitLog presents Google's Privacy & Messaging consent management dialog before personalized ad requests are made. You can review or opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) or https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.
Your choices
You can use FitLog without signing in, choose whether to import guest data, edit or delete activities, and permanently delete your account and cloud data from the account panel. You can also request account deletion at fitlog.win/delete-account. Account deletion also removes all FitLog data stored in this browser, including guest data. Other devices may retain local copies until their browser storage is cleared.
Keeping data safe
FitLog uses account-scoped access to protect cloud records and private storage for backups. No online service or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure, so keep a separate backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in to delete your account in the app, email FitLog support from the email address associated with your account. We may contact you to verify the request before deleting your account and associated cloud data. Local copies on your devices are not deleted remotely and must be cleared from each device.
