Terms of Service

Terms

A few straightforward ground rules for using FitLog.

Using the service

You can use FitLog to keep a personal training log. Keep your sign-in details private, use your own account, and do not misuse the service or try to access someone else's data.

Your data

Your workout entries remain yours. You give FitLog permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the app, sync your account, and create backups you request. You are responsible for keeping copies of important records; signing out does not delete cloud data.

Training and health

FitLog is a record-keeping tool, not medical advice or a training plan. Use your own judgment, and ask a qualified professional about health concerns or whether an activity is right for you.

Availability and limits

FitLog is provided as available. We work to keep it useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that data will never be lost. You can use the app offline, but syncing and account backups need a connection.

Changes

The app and these terms may change as FitLog develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and export any data you want to keep.
